As a second generation Oakland Realtor, I've grown up in real estate. Through the decades I've taken every opportunity to study and learn what keeps me going in a business which requires true professional excellence for success. Residential real estate is much more than houses. It is a constant evolution of marketing, finance, and social trends. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Bay Area micro-markets certainly keeps me on my toes. Translating all of this of data into usable information for my clients' benefit is a craft I've mastered over the span of my career.
I deeply enjoy the process of selling residential real estate, be it bringing vision to reality though transforming a home to shine on the market, or assisting buyers through the journey of moving to their next phase of life. The skills I've amassed through successful sales continue to build upon each other to better support my clients in achieving their goals, and my psychology degree gives me an edge when it comes to helping my clients navigate the stressors of a transaction with grace and ease. It's an honor to be a trusted advisor to my clients through one of the largest financial transactions of their lives.
